1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
Amari Consulting provides digital marketing, website design, SEO, and AI automation services. Any specific deliverables, scope, and timelines will be detailed in a written agreement or project proposal.
3. Monthly Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy
All monthly service agreements, including but not limited to SEO, website maintenance, and AI automation, are billed on a recurring basis.
To cancel a monthly service, clients must provide written notice at least 30 days in advance of the next billing cycle. Notices can be submitted via email to info@amariconsulting.com.
Failure to provide adequate notice will result in continued billing for the subsequent month. No refunds are provided for unused portions of prepaid services.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the contract. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum permitted by law) on the outstanding balance.
We reserve the right to suspend work or access to services for accounts past due more than 14 days.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, access to systems, and any necessary materials for projects to proceed on schedule. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines and additional fees.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement, unless required by law to disclose.
7. Intellectual Property
All custom design, code, and creative produced by Amari Consulting remains our property until final payment is received. After full payment, intellectual property rights for final deliverables transfer to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination requests must be submitted to info@amariconsulting.com.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from marketing or SEO services.
10. Limitation of Liability
Amari Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, resulting from the use of our services.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
